# Privacy Policy – Fernhollow Hatchery

**Game progress.** Your grove is saved on your own phone. We do not run servers and never receive your progress. If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include the game's save in your personal device backup, which Google stores for you. You can also copy a backup code yourself under Settings → Save backup. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes the save from the phone.

**Ads.** The game shows optional video ads that you choose to watch for bonus rewards. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, Google may collect information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and how you interact with ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent first, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy and ad choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. If you own the Supporter Pack, the ad service is not started at all.

**Purchases.** The optional Supporter Pack is bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. The game only asks Google Play whether your Google account owns the pack.

**Reminders.** If you allow notifications, the game schedules at most two reminders a day on your phone (egg ready, daily gift). They are created on the device and no data is sent to us.

**Feedback.** If you email us, we use your message and email address only to reply and to fix the game. The optional game details added to feedback emails (version, screen size, device model) are only sent if you choose to send the email.

**We do not** sell your data, run our own analytics, or ask you to create an account.

**Children.** The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

**Changes.** If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
